Over the years to date, the Department of of Industrial Art of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology (KNUST) have been doing well when it comes to exhibition and other art related activities. Ceramic section is not an exception, Professor Samuel Nortey and other Lecturers of the Ceramic section Organized a massive exhibition caption "Only Women". It is believe that,hard working Ladies from the Ceramic Section are featuring in this exhibition,as platform is given to them for their voice to be heard. The exhibition opened with an Art Talk with Rebekah Bogard(University of Nevada Reno) at 10am at the studio hall Ceramic Section. New reopening dates for SHS and Basic Schools- First Term of 2022/2023 Academic Year

GES update first term reopening date Management of Ghana Education Service (GES) has notified students, staff, parents, and the general public of the first term reopening date for the 2022/2023 academic year. In an official letter dated 7th January, 2023 which was addressed by Cassandra Twum Ampofo, Head of Public Relations Unit at GES, she informed that due to the Statutory Holiday on Monday, 9th January, 2023, the Senior High Schools are expected to reopen on Tuesday, 10th January 2023. BASIC SCHOOLS REOPENING DATE GES said, “Heads of Basic schools are to note that the reopening date for primary and Junior High schools remains 10th January 2023.
